Q: How do I export my 3D scan? Where is the export button?

A: We have simplified the workflow! There is no separate export button. Once you finish scanning, simply tap the Red Square (Stop) button. The app will automatically process the mesh and save it directly to your device. You can find all your saved models in the "Artifacts" (second tab) at the bottom of the screen.

Q: Why does the app say "Too Dark" or stop generating the mesh?

A: LiDAR sensors require a certain amount of ambient light to calculate depth accurately. If the environment is too dark, or if you are scanning highly reflective surfaces (like mirrors or glass), the tracking might be limited. Please try moving to a well-lit area.

Q: Does the app collect my camera feed or location?

A: Absolutely not. The camera and LiDAR are only used locally to construct the 3D geometry. We do not have any servers, and we do not collect, transmit, or store your personal data.
